Letters & Communication

We believe that strong communication between home and school is key to every child’s success. We are committed to keeping parents and carers informed, involved, and supported throughout their child’s journey with us.

How We Stay Connected

  • Regular Updates: Academic reports provide clear information on academic progress, attendance, and personal development twice per year.
  • Parent Evenings: Scheduled meetings during the year give families the opportunity to discuss progress and next steps with teachers.
  • Online Access: Our secure digital platform, ClassCharts, allow parents to view attendance, homework, and important announcements at any time.
  • Monthly Newsletter: Sharing key dates, achievements, and opportunities for involvement.
  • Coffee Mornings: We host regular coffee mornings where parents can meet staff, share ideas, and build connections within our school community.
  • SEND Coffee Mornings: Dedicated sessions for parents of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), providing tailored support and advice from our SEND team.
  • Direct Contact: Our staff are approachable and available via email or phone for any queries. Urgent matters are addressed promptly.

Why It Matters

We value parents as partners in education. By working together, we create a supportive environment where every student can thrive academically and personally. Our approach ensures that parents feel confident, informed, and engaged in their child’s school life.
